Minimum stay is 2 nights.

The standard nightly rate is $195 per night for up to 2 guests, or $215 per night for up to 4 guests (fourth guest on twin-size Aerobed).

We recommend no more than 4 guests, but in some circumstances we can accommodate up to 5 guests on a combination of beds, aerobeds, and sleeper sofa. Please call ahead and note that there is only one bathroom and a $20 per night extra-guest charge.

There is a $100 weekend premium charged for stays including a Friday or Saturday. This premium is waived for stays of one week or longer.

Children and babies are welcome, and we provide a pack-n-play and high chair. Sorry, no pets.

Free outdoor parking is available on the premises.

Smoking is permitted outdoors only.

There is no penalty for cancellations made 14 days before the reservation date. Reservations cancelled with less than 14 days' notice will be billed at the full nightly rate unless the apartment is rebooked.

Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. and check-out at 11:00 a.m. Rates are subject to 11.9% hotel tax and may change without notice.

WEEKLY RATES

Loretta's Flexible Stay Apartment is available for $940 per week January through March, and $1,170 per week April through December. This rate is subject to the 11.9% hotel tax and may be negotiable during off-peak periods. Please call for details.

MONTHLY RATES

The standard monthly rate is $2,400 per month January through March, and $2,950 April through December, and may be negotiable during off-peak periods or for extended stays. Please call for details. The monthly rate is exempt from hotel tax.
