It is three miles from downtown and a few blocks from the CTA Brown Line train to the Chicago Loop. Historic Lincoln Park, the lakefront, and Wrigley Field are within walking distance, about a mile away on lively, colorful city streets. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other full-size. Together with the queen-size sleeper sofa and Aerobeds, the Ginkgo Leaf accommodates up to eight guests. Children and babies are welcome; a crib, high chair, and stepstool are available. This fully-furnished apartment is great for business or pleasure. For your entertainment there is satellite TV, a DVD player, stereo, and free wireless Internet access. Fax, copier, printer, scanner, and computer are provided to help you stay productive away from home. To help you feel completely at home, your hosts, Mark and Diane, provide you with free washer and dryer and your own heating and air conditioning controls. The full kitchen includes all utensils and complimentary coffee and tea, and of course all linens are provided. The home is totally private with a separate entrance, on a quiet, tree-lined residential street. A full extra lot on the South side of the building includes garden, deck, and patio areas that you are invited to enjoy. Permits for street parking are provided. Pets are welcome.
