We are in a lovingly restored 1895 Victorian building in a quiet residential neighborhood with a wide variety of excellent restaurants, coffee shops, theaters, parks and shops nearby. Being only 2 blocks from the Irving Park stop on the Brown line "Loop" train, Pat’s Place is a short ½ hour trip to downtown Chicago and all the sights. Pat’s Place I has a living room with queen size sofa bed, a dining room/office/bedroom, a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and hot pot and a full bath with Jacuzzi tub.
