NIGHTLY RATES This one-bedroom, garden-level unit with full bed is $135 per night for 2 or 3 nights, and $125 per night for 4 or more nights. These rates are for up to 2 guests. Additional guests are $20 per night per adult and $10 per night per child 12 or under. A weekend premium of $50 is charged for stays including a Friday or Saturday night, waived for stays of 7 days or more. Pets are welcome for a fee of $10 per pet per night, and we provide food and water dishes. You are responsible for any damage your pet causes. Parking may be available for $10 per night. Please call. Rates are subject to 11.9% hotel tax. ADDITIONAL POLICIES Your reservation may be guaranteed with a Visa, MasterCard, or a check in the amount of one nights' charges. Payment by Visa or MasterCard is due upon arrival; payment by check is due 10 days prior to arrival, to allow time for your check to clear. There is no fee for cancellations made at least 10 days prior to your reservation date. Cancellations made less than 10 days in advance are billed at the full rate, but this charge is refunded for each night we are able to rebook with another guest. Check-in is at 3:00 p.m., but we are happy to check you in early if your unit is available. If your unit is not available before 3:00 p.m., you are still welcome to leave your luggage. Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Late check-out is allowed if we don't have another guest waiting for your unit. You are welcome to leave your luggage for later pick-up.
