Being only 2 blocks from the Irving Park stop on the Brown line "Loop" train, Pat’s Place is a short ½ hour trip to downtown Chicago and all the sights. Pat's Place II is a bright and spacious (1470 sq. ft.) three bedroom, one bath apartment. The comfortable living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV with cable, DVD player, and audio system.
