UNIT 2 NIGHTLY RATES The standard daily rate is $225 for the first two guests, and $20 per night for each additional guest up to a total of eight guests. A one-time, $100 weekend premium will be added for stays including a Friday or Saturday. There is a $100 cleaning fee per stay. Pets are welcome for an additional charge of $35 per night per pet. Rates are subject to 11.9% hotel tax. WEEKLY RATES Weekly rates are computed based on the standard daily rate, but the weekend premium is waved. The $100 cleaning fee still applies.
