The Sloop Chi Lin

Chi Lin will not be available in Chicago during the 2010 season. Jim is taking Chi Lin up to Northern Lake Michigan, the North Channel of Lake Huron, and making a circumnavigation of Lake Superior. If you are interested in joining Jim for part of this adventure, contact him to discuss itinerary, logistics, and rate.

A special treat for our valued guests!

We cherish our guests and hate to turn them away when China Doll is full, so we have begun offering a special treat to those whom we can not serve in the usual way.

This is our sailboat, the Chi Lin, a 29-foot Columbia docked downtown at the end of Randolph street next to the Columbia Yacht Club ship (www.colyc.com).

Chi Lin features amenities to rival most apartments, plus a certain sense of adventure that you won’t get from any hotel or bed and breakfast.

Chi Lin comfortably accommodates three adults or two adults and two small children.
