China Doll Original is located at 738 West Schubert Avenue in Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood. As with the three other China Doll properties, it is walking distance many fantastic restaurants, shops, music venues and the Lincoln Park Zoo. Hundreds of Chicago’s finest attractions are a short train, bus, or cab ride away.

As a former traveling business executive himself, China Doll owner Jim Haring knows what you need to remain productive during your stay in Chicago. It’s all provided for you.

The office areas in all three apartments include a computer with MS Office and high-speed cable Internet access, as well as a scanner, fax, and black-and-white laser printer. Low-cost color laser printing is available via our wireless network, and a photocopier and CD writer are also provided in each office. A color inkjet printer is provided in our garden unit, China Doll III, and color laser printing is available in our main office (2/3 of a block away) accessible via the network.

In the garden unit, China Doll III, a conference area seats four and is equipped with an overhead projector and a wall-mounted television with computer hook-up that allows you to make presentations from your own notebook computer. China Doll I and II, our larger units, also have ample space for meetings and spreading out your work.

Ample stationery is provided for your printing and mailing needs.

Each apartment is also child and baby friendly, with highchairs, cribs, safety gates, vanity step stools, games, toys, and videos provided.
